That there was quite this much metal to come off in the second setup, but boy howdy was there.
Just look at the piles of swarf from just one day:
The last three pics show the beast responsible for said big piles of swarf, a dandy little indexable endmill (25mm OD, 3 APKT 1133 inserts).
I’m programming setup three right now, and hope to start running it before the end of the week.
